This was part of Settomini's Master's thesis at Trinity Laban Conservatory of Music and Dance. Settomini's research throughout the year focused on recreating Latin dance using the movement vocabulary without the glamorous presentation. The video is a work in progress (research and development) as there is no video of the live performance due to the lighting. The project aimed to deconstruct Latin dance and remove gendered behaviours.
